How tokens work
- A building uses 10 tokens and comes with its first room free.
- Each extra room uses 5 tokens.
- Tokens are capacity, not a monthly spend: delete a room and its tokens are free again.

Good to know
Do people need an app or account to report a fault?
No. They scan the QR sticker with their phone camera, type what's wrong and hit send.
What happens if nobody is on shift?
EFMS tries whoever is rostered on Triage. If nobody is on at all, the ticket waits on your dashboard and managers get an email.
What happens when I run out of tokens?
Everything you've set up keeps working. You just can't add another building or room until you buy a token pack, remove something, or upgrade.
What if we run out of SMS credits?
Tickets are still created, assigned and emailed to managers. Only the text message is skipped until you top up or the next month starts.
Can one person manage several organisations?
Yes. If your email belongs to more than one workspace, you choose which one to open when you log in.
How does billing work?
You subscribe by card through Stripe. Change plan, update your card, download receipts or cancel any time from the Billing page.
